A: Scheduling is simple. Just contact Kourtney at email@example.com. to see if the dates you need care are available. A Meet & Greet visit will be scheduled to go over care instructions, fill in paperwork and make payment. That's all.
A: Specific times are not guaranteed. At the initial Meet & Greet we will discuss times; however, I work alone, and I cannot guarantee a specific time of arrival to your home. This constraint is in place to allow for the care of unavoidable circumstances that may arise at another client's home and/or difficulty in travel. If no time is mentioned then the drop in times are as follows:
Morning Visits: 7:00am- 10:00am
Afternoon Visits: 11:00am- 2:00pm
Evening Visits: 4:00pm - 7pm
A: Due to liability issues, if the pet has bitten someone in the past we cannot provide service.
If we suspect that something is wrong with your pet, we will call you at the emergency phone numbers we have on file for you. We will describe the situation with your pet. If you believe the veterinarian should see your pet, we will transport your pet to the veterinarian's office for examination and treatment. In the event we cannot reach you, we will decide if your pet should be seen by the veterinarian.
A. No. Superhero Animal Services believes in positive reinforcement for the pets in our care. We will never hit, spank, slap, yell, shock or grab your pet. If there is a disciplinary problem, we will inform you of the incident(s) and together we work out a solution.
All Animals need to be up to date on all their vaccinations.
